Taconic State Parkway Lane Closures Scheduled

There will be lane closures on the Taconic State Parkway as contracting crews perform maintenance work in the area.

The New York State Department of Transportation announced that there will be single lane closures and traffic slowdowns on the parkway between exit 45 (Noxon Road) and Exit 47A (Route 55 East) in LaGrange.

The closures are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 5, through Friday, Sept. 7.

Motorists have been advised to seek alternate routes, if possible, as delays can be expected. There will be flaggers in the area to help direct the flow of traffic in the area during the scope of the project.
